Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available within 7 days of your cohort start date, provided you have not accessed Week 2 content. This gives every founder a genuine window to assess whether the programme is the right fit before the real work begins.

After 7 days, or once Week 2 content is accessed, whichever comes first, no refunds are issued. At that point, real value has been delivered and real work has begun.

To request a refund within the window, submit a refund request at entrepreneurgenie.africa/refund-request. We respond within 48 hours. You can also reach us at info@entrepreneurgenie.africa.

Instalment plans: If a refund is approved within the window, the first instalment is refunded in full. No further instalments are due. Instalments paid beyond the first are non-refundable once the refund window has closed.

All instalment due dates are agreed at the time of enrolment. If a payment is missed, content access pauses until the outstanding amount is received. Missed payments do not cancel the remaining balance. All instalments remain due.

If you are facing genuine hardship, contact us before your due date at info@entrepreneurgenie.africa. We will always try to find a fair resolution for founders who communicate proactively.

All digital products (toolkits, templates, guides, and resource bundles) are non-refundable once purchased. Digital files are delivered immediately on payment confirmation and cannot be returned.

If you did not receive your download after payment, contact us at info@entrepreneurgenie.africa and we will resend it promptly.

One-off advisory sessions and diagnostics: a full refund is available if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit that session fee.

Advisory retainers: All retainers carry a minimum commitment period stated at the time of engagement. The minimum period is billed in full regardless of usage. After the minimum period, cancel any time with 30 days written notice to info@entrepreneurgenie.africa. Sessions unused within a billing month do not roll over.
